Join Us for the 

December Winter Social Potluck

at the West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre (Activity Room)

Dinner party: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Doors at 5:50 p.m. (no early arrivals as we are setting up the room) 

Registration required by December 1, 2026 (scroll to bottom)  Maximum 100 attendees so register early.

Bring your favourite appetizer, veggie, side dish or dessert and the Guild will provide the Main Course.  Volunteer cooks for various main dishes will be reimbursed expenses.  Please sign up with Casey.

Set Up and Take Down 

Volunteers who stepped forward at the November meeting need to arrive at 5:00 p.m. to arrange tables and set up for the event. Other volunteers will be contacted with details.

Event

5:50 p.m. Doors open for sign-in

• Make sure to sign in so your attendance is counted!
• Pick up your name tag.
• Purchase a drink ticket (CASH ONLY) if you’re having wine. $5.00. All other beverages are complimentary.
• Pick up a draw ticket for prizes which will be drawn later in the evening. 

• We will have a very short meeting (WAS preliminary sales numbers, approve minutes) after dinner but before dessert. 

6:15 p.m. The buffet will open. 

7:45 p.m.  Prize Draws

Registration and Waitlist

Registration is mandatory. A waitlist has been set up in the event that capacity is reached. Please complete registration by December 1. If you have registered and can no longer attend, inform Casey at (604) 908-1360 TEXT only or email mycloudydog@hotmail.com so that someone can take your place.
