Alternatively you can print and fill in the information and then take a photo or scan the completed form and email it along with your proof of residence.  You may also mail a hardcopy with your proof of residence to the following address:

Applications received by mail may be slightly delayed in processing. Thank you for your patience.

 
Annual dues are currently $75 for an Active membership in the guild. Membership is due May 1 each year.  New members who join between January 1 and March 31 pay a reduced membership fee of $50 for the balance of the registration year.  A full year membership is then due May 1.  New members who join in April will pay $75 for a membership that will end April 30 of the following year.  This is an offer to first time members only.
