December Winter Social Potluck

at the West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre (Activity Room)

Dinner party: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Doors at 5:50 p.m. (no early arrivals as we are setting up the room)

Set Up and Take Down / Change in Plans

Volunteers who stepped forward at the November meeting need to arrive at 5:00 p.m. to arrange tables and set up for the event.

CHANGE IN PLANS: If you cannot attend and you registered please contact Casey at (604) 908-1360 TEXT only or email mycloudydog@hotmail.com. If you are cancelling, someone else may be interested in taking your place. 

Event

5:50 p.m. Doors open for sign-in

• Make sure to sign in so your attendance is counted!
• Pick up your name tag.
• Purchase a drink ticket (CASH ONLY) if you’re having wine. $5.00. All other beverages are complimentary.
• Purchase 10 raffle tickets (CASH ONLY) for $5 for the  charity raffle if you wish.
• If you feel inclined please bring something for the raffle table. Regifting is fine. All money goes to a North Shore registered charity.

• We will have a very short meeting (WAS preliminary sales numbers, approve minutes) 

6:15 p.m. The buffet will open.   

• We will have free draw prizes
• We will use compostable plates, napkins, cutlery, and water/soda cups, but for the wine crystal/glass is rented from the kitchen. If you prefer, you can bring your own plate, knife, fork, etc.  

End of Evening

• Please return your name tag to the box 

Registration and Waitlist

Registration is mandatory. A waitlist has been set up in the event that capacity is reached. Please complete registration by December 1. If you have registered and can no longer attend, inform Casey at (604) 908-1360 TEXT only or email mycloudydog@hotmail.com so that someone can take your place.
