Oct 12 to Nov 8, 2019 - earlier if 270 paintings have been accepted into the show. NOTE: Once you complete and finalize your submission, no changes will be permitted. |
| Eligibility for this event | Life or Active Member. 3 meetings attended in the 12 months prior to closing date of this call, i.e. Nov 8, 2018 to Nov 8, 2019. |

is mandatory. Please sign up for a volunteer position before registering for the show. |

Images optional |
Images are optional for the show since there is no on-line gallery. If you submit a photo, it may be used on social media. |
| Are paper registration forms accepted? |
No. |
| Payment |
The only form of payment accepted is credit card. Paying online by credit card is both fast and secure. Your submission will not be approved until payment is received. |

Photographs of your work

IMPORTANT NOTE: By submitting photos, you agree that your images may be used on our Facebook Page or other social media to promote the event. Photographs must be professional looking, i.e.

Maximum number of entries (and spares) Insurance |
4 paintings; no spares. Diptychs and triptychs count as one.
Please be aware that the Guild does not carry insurance on paintings and cannot be responsible for loss or damage. Paintings will be on location overnight. |

Dimensions Maximum dimension for entries (or exceptions allowed) |
Maximum framed size is 40" square. Size should be indicated as height x width. 10 oversized paintings (over 40" and up to 60" (but not over 60") including frame) will be accepted, on a first-registered basis, two per artist. |
| Additional Painting Requirements |

| Minimum Pricing $100 | All paintings must be priced a minimum of $100. |
| Entry Fees (per artist ) |
$20 entry fee, payable on registration and non-refundable after the Call closes. |
| Hanging Fee | $7 per painting, payable on registration. Non-refundable after the Call closes. |

Sales and Commissions Sales after the Show |
All sales are subject to a 3-day return policy. The Guild receives a 15% commission.

| Identification of your paintings | Please print off and complete these labels for the back of the painting. |

Pickup Time |
4:05 PM Sat Nov 16. Please note: an artist who starts to take his/her paintings off the easels before 4:05 or fails to pick up his/her paintings by 5:00 pm Saturday Nov 16 will be excluded from the Spring Art Sale 2020.
