Pat grew up in North Vancouver and lives near the coast of southern B.C. She and her husband have four talented beautiful daughters, now grown, but the family's summers were spent happily cruising the Inside Passage in a small motorsailer. Some of her acrylic paintings depict the beauty of B.C. The places she paints are natural vistas influenced by mountains or water in B.C. and elsewhere. Scenes that hold a special fascination for her are the snow-capped peaks, quiet depths of inlets or rivers, the reflections and clarity in still ponds, and the crystalline look of splashing water. She has always liked to draw children and animals. Pat is looking forward to spending time on the boat with her three grandchildren.
