This was a major renovation of a concrete highrise on the West Vancouver waterfront for a Toronto client. We opened up the kitchen wall to the view, removed and downsized several closets to add a shower to the ensuite and updated the look and feel of the unit by re-finishing floors, adding new countertops and tiles and painting the walls with warmer colours.

This client was looking for a "Tuscan" feel for her new home in Edgemont Village. I did the kitchen layout and all the millwork drawings for kitchen cabinets, 2 bathroom vanities and family room and office built-ins. 

This project involved assisting the owner choose wall, window and floor coverings, paint, furniture and accessories for his new home, including designing several custom furniture pieces and built-ins. These photos show the living room, before and after.

Sometimes the smallest things make a big difference. In this case, living room chairs in outdated fabric and colours made the room look tired. Recovering the chairs in a plush, neutral fabric and streamlining their shape at the same time refreshed the whole room without a major renovation.

These Arizona clients were looking  for a neat, tailored look and easy upkeep for their second home. Renovations included new flooring, paint and wallpaper, lighting upgrades and selection of furniture, accessories and bedding.
