Larry's landscapes are drawn from images and ideas from his travels, outdoor activities and boating trips up and down the Pacific coast.

Comments about his work often reference their strong contrasts and colours and the balance between detail and impression.

Larry lives in West Vancouver, BC. He is a member and on the board of the North Shore Artists Guild and has Active Member status in the Federation of Canadian Artists. Larry continues to take workshops with people like Alan Wiley, Mike Svob, Rick McDiarmid, Neil Patterson, Ali Sepahi, Lalita Hammill and Rita Monaco, who have had and continue to have an impact on his work.

He has sold his works privately, through the Federation of Canadian Artists Gallery, and at the North Shore Artists Guild juried exhibitions and shows.
