Description:
The inspiration for this painting was a photo I took from the lookout deck at the Otter Bay Marina on Pender Island. It’s looking across Swanson Channel towards Salt Spring Island with Vancouver Island in the distance. The sunsets were spectacular and I couldn’t wait to paint this as soon as we retuned from our summer boating vacation.
